Mount's Bay Caravan Park

1. The proprietors will not accept any liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to persons occupying or using any part of the Caravan Park or car park.
2. Repossession of accommodation will be taken without warning or compensation if any guest or visitor misuses the sites facilities or disturbs the other guests.
3. The accommodation will be used only by those listed on the booking form. We must be informed of any changes to those persons stated prior to day of arrival, failure to do so may result in you losing your accommodation.
4. Visitors to Caravan Park strictly by permission at the proprietors discretion only, overnight stays are forbidden. Tents for extra persons are not permitted.
5. All caravans have a maximum occupancy of 4 persons only. Children and babies are classed as persons.
6. A non refundable deposit of £50.00 per caravan per week is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid within 6 weeks prior to arrival day. If your booking has been made within 6 weeks of your holiday starting, full payment is required immediately.
7. Deposits must be sent by following post payable to Mount's Bay Caravan Park. No booking form is valid until the deposit is received and receipt issued. Please write cheque guarantee number on back of cheque.
8. Cancellation. If you do not wish to take out the cancellation plan, the following conditions of hire apply:-
   (a) When notification of cancellation for whatever reason has been received by recorded mail at least 6 weeks before the commencement of hire period, the total deposit will be retained.
   (b) When notification on cancellation for whatever reason has been received by recorded mail at least 6 weeks before commencement of the hire period and we have been able to re-hire the accommodation to other clients, all monies paid to date less the total deposit will be returned.
   (c) We reserve the right to claim all monies due to us at the end of the hire period if we are unable to-rehire the accommodation.
   When seeking cancellation, your booking receipts must accompany the recorded letter and receipt will be acknowledged by us.
9. Mounts Bay Caravan Park caters for couples and families. Stag/Hen parties are not permitted.
10. Caravans are not to be occupied prior to 3pm and must be claimed before 10pm on the agreed day of arrival. Caravans not claimed will be re let - unless prior arrangement has been made.
11. Caravans must be left clean, tidy and vacant by 10am on departure day. The proprietors reserve the right to charge for any damage caused or excessive cleaning required.
12. The caravan park has its own adjacent car park. Unless otherwise agreed, vehicles are only permitted within the caravan area on the day of arrival to unload and on the day of departure to reload.
13. No dogs are permitted on the Caravan Park or car park under any circumstances, guide dogs permissible only by prior arrangement.

General Information

1. All caravans are equipped with crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, pillows, duvets, and blankets. We do not provide: bedding for dinette bed, towels, and bed linen. Bed linen hire is available, please see booking form for details.
2. Outdoor swimming pool is open from spring bank holiday to mid September, weather permitting.
3. Cot rails, cots and high chairs are available to hire at £5.00 per item per week.
4. Self service laundry facilities are available on site, moderate charges apply.
