Mount's Bay Caravan Park

Marazion, Cornwall

1. The party shall be exactly as stated. Children and babies are classed as persons. The accommodation shall be used ONLY by the persons listed on the booking form. Any change to those listed on the booking form must be notified before day of arrival. Failure to do so may result in losing your accommodation.
   Caravans are booked strictly by the rated accommodation. i.e. 4 berth cannot be occupied by more than 4 persons. It is not permitted to bring tents for extra persons.
   Visitors to Caravan Park strictly by permission only, and at the owners discretion, over night stays strictly forbidden.
2. Single Parties. We regret no single parties of either sex or persons taking part in club or championship activities, i.e. sailing, diving, windsurfing, can be accepted.
3. Dogs. No dogs are allowed on the Caravan Park (including car park), under any circumstances.
4. Electricity. Do not bring irons, kettles, toasters etc., as the power supply to the caravans will not take them.
5. Arrival/Departure Times. Bookings may not be claimed until 3.00 p.m. on the booked day of arrival and are valid until 10 a.m. on the booked day of departure. All bookings must be taken up by 10 p.m. on the booked day of arrival, after this time they will be re-let unless prior arrangements have been made. Should you travel overnight, caravans still cannot be occupied until 3.00 p.m. For those travelling by train, luggage may be left at reception at owners risk.
6. Cleanliness. The caravans should be left clean and tidy by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The proprietors reserve the right to charge for any abnormal cleaning made necessary by the occupation of the client.
7. Deposits. A deposit is payable at the time of booking of £50 per week per unit of accommodation. Should the accommodation required not be available at the time of booking the deposit will be refunded in full. However, once a booking has been made and deposit receipt issued, the deposit will not be refunded should you subsequently cancel.
   If your booking is made within six weeks of the start of your holiday the full amount due must be sent with your booking application form. The balance must be paid without reminder at least 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Cheque Guarantee Card number must be written on back of your deposit cheque.
8. Telephone Bookings: Deposits must be sent by following post payable to Mounts Bay Caravan Park. No booking is valid until the deposit is received and receipt issued.
9. Cancellation. If you do not wish to take out the cancellation plan, the following conditions of hire apply:-
   (a) When notification of cancellation for whatever reason has been received by recorded mail at least 6 weeks before the commencement of hire period, the total deposit will be retained.
   (b) When notification on cancellation for whatever reason has been received by recorded mail at least 6 weeks before commencement of the hire period and we have been able to re-hire the accommodation to other clients, all monies paid to date less the total deposit will be returned.
   (c) We reserve the right to claim all monies due to us at the end of the hire period if we are unable to-rehire the accommodation.
   When seeking cancellation, your booking receipts must accompany the recorded letter and receipt will be acknowledged by us.
10. Responsibility. The proprietors will not accept any liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to persons or property occupying or using any part of the Caravan Park, however caused.
11. Misbehaviour. If, in the opinion of the Resident Proprietors, any party is guilty of behaviour or conduct prejudicial to the well-being of other visitors, or misuse of site facilities, repossession of the accommodation will be taken without warning or compensation.
12. Supplied equipment. All caravans are supplied with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pillows, duvets and blankets. Bedding is not provided for the Dinette bed. (Towels, tea towels and bed linen are not included.) Bed linen hire available - see booking form.
13. Cot Rails/Cot Hire. Hire Charge £5.00 per week.
14. Car Parking. The Caravan Park has its own Car Park. Vehicles are ONLY permitted in caravan area on day of arrival to unload and day of departure to reload.
